Is it OK to stabilize =app-portage/epm-1.40 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Sorry for the long silence. I found a stupid new bug in epm-1.40 (with -qf), so it should not be stabilized. I am trying to fix that.
