if you skip reading parts of the handbook...not our fault for missed configuration steps. But.. but... it's in the wrong place, regardless of whether or not I skip it =) Thanks for taking a look. Josh, I think he has a valid point. It really shouldn't be under kernel configuration. Could you rethink moving it around? I moved it to the "Installing the Gentoo Base System" chapter, but added it at the end. This way it keeps the current order of things (just in case there would be a regression if I moved it further up). I know we had it in a later chapter (post-kernel installation) in the past, and had to move it earlier (before kernel installation). Sounds good, thank you! |
