Would it be possible to bump EAPI of sci-geosciences/mapserver to EAPI  >=4? It is one of the few ebuilds depending on php-ext-src-r2 that is still on a lower EAPI version, and if it was bumped it would allow me to do some nice clean-ups of the eclass
