Emerging dev-python/pmw-1.3.3 in a clean system (fresh gentoo install) with python 2.7 and 3.2 fails with  
 * ERROR: dev-python/pmw-1.3.3 failed (install phase):
 *   python_export: no impl nor EPYTHON



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add =dev-python/pmw-1.3.3 ~amd64 to portage.keywords
2. Emerge =dev-python/pmw-1.3.3
Actual Results:  
Fails at install phase with "python_export: no impl nor EPYTHON"

Expected Results:  
Package merges successfully
