changes:

* head/tail fix not required to config.guess as head only in sun and aix sections
* --with-linux-hiddev only required to specify alternate location according to
docs/configure.txt
* use list of all drivers in the existing Makefile rather than duplicating it in the ebuild
* using latest stable version (2.0.0)

your new snmp/usb stuff took the hard route, i've gone the intended route. see the main Makefile for proper 'snmp' and 'usb' targets.

i've put the new version in cvs.
