Description Agostino Sarubbo gentoo-dev 2013-02-22 12:29:25 UTC
From $URL :

Linux kernel built with Extended Verification Module(EVM) on and configured
properly, is vulnerable to a NULL pointer de-reference issue, caused by
accessing extended attribute routines of sockfs inode object.

An unprivileged user/program could use this flaw to crash the Linux kernel,
resulting in DoS.

There are no longer any 2.x or <3.7.5 kernels available in the repository with the exception of sys-kernel/xbox-sources which is unsupported by security.
