emerge-pqv results

start kmail ,obtains the headers for mail,then stops with the message kmail failed to obtain a lock.
I am using an imap server to get my mail from.
version of kmail 4.10.0

According to upstream, this issue is definitely fixed by using non-broken version of OpenSSL and restarting all consumers. (eg outout of lsof | grep deleted)
