Changes from the official ebuild:
- replace -O3 with -O2 (-O3 caused segfaults during self-tests)
- run self-test after the library is compiled
- create a symlink to cryptopp for programs that expect it instead of crypto++

please provide this ebuild in the gentoo portage because it is needed to build the latest amule (2.0.0rc1).
With the old one amule crashes when it creates the cryptkey.dat file.
