Installation of diffuse fails due to "unprefixified" install function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-util/diffuse

Actual Results:  
 * ERROR: dev-util/diffuse-0.4.6 failed:
 *   Aborting due to QA concerns: there are files installed outside the prefix
