Is it OK to stabilize =app-emulation/dinero-4.7-r1 ?

If so, please CC all arches which have stable keywords

for older versions of this package and add STABLEREQ keyword

to the bug.

Marked stable for amd64. Last arch, closing.

The -g flag should be removed:
