Could you post the relevant parts of that wmware-ui log, please? *** Bug 456380 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Created attachment 338470 [details]
vmware-ui log of the crash
There's a workaround at https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/33779?project=1 export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/vmware/lib/libcurl.so.4 I cannot apply the arch patch, I couldn't find that shell script. Anyway, starting vmware works using this: LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/vmware/lib/vmware/lib/libcurl.so.4 vmware I hope it helps someone until it's fixed. *** Bug 456706 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This appears to be a curl bug, rather than a vmware bug. Marking as a duplicate of bug 456842. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 456842 *** |
