I've added support patches for atxmega16a4u / atxmega32a4u. They patch avr-libc, gcc and binutils.

Maybe these would be usefull for anyone or maybe the embedded team will include them in crossdev somewhere.

maybe the avr-libc guys are ok with adding things, but i'm not interesting in adding this to binutils/toolchain as it's a never ending stream with these parts.  send them to the respective upstream projects.
