It adds [Modified] flag to filename every time you cancel saving of modified file.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any file or create new one.
2. Type something for file gets [Modified] status.
3. Selest File->Save As in menu.
4. Press "Cancel".
5. Repeat from 3. to 5.

Actual Results:  
It adds another [Modified] flag to filename.

Expected Results:  
Only one [Modified] flag must by present.
