gentoo-sources-2.4.25 apparently removed netfilter functionality compared to 2.4.20-r7

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. upgraded gentoo-sources from 2.4.20-r7 to 2.4.25
2. configured and installed the new kernel
3. tried to continue using my formally working iptables setup

Actual Results:  
the CONNMARK and TARPIT netfilter targets have been removed (I guess this 
applies to other netfilter patch-o-matic patches as well, these are the ones 
I'm using)

Expected Results:  
A non-major kernel upgrade should not have removed patches that were 
previously included

gentoo-sources-2.4.22 didn't have it

the gentoo-sources patchset was slimmed down considerable, 
These will no longer be included,  sorry for the inconvience.
