The test suite for net-dns/validns needs perl package Test-Command-Simple, which is currently not available in portage.

I'm not experienced with perl ebuilds, but the ebuild file that is auto-generated by app-portage/g-cpan does seem to work fine. Should I explicitly attach the generated ebuild to this bug, or is this enough information?
