Here's a redis version bump to 2.6.9. This fixes bug #451164 and bug #451664.

I actually re-wrote the tclsh patch (pull req here: https://github.com/antirez/redis/pull/906), but it doesn't really change anything for us. I have pretty high hopes on getting it merged upstream, so hopefully we can remove this for 2.6.10.
