PHPUnit_MockObject needs to be bumped to support phpunit 3.7.

Changed to use php-pear-lib-r1, bumped EAPI, fixed RDEPEND, added soap dependency.

Future versions of phpunit will be distributed using the phar file so that we
do not have to deal with this dependency nonsense anymore.

Find bump of phpunit in CVS.
