dev-python/chardet-2.1.1 ebuild file has the following typo
SRC_URI="mirror://pypi/c/chardet/chardet-2.1.1.tar.gz"
---------------^  this colon is missing

Even if fixed it doesn't install due to a file collision
/usr/bin/chardetect.py

has been installed by  dev-python/charade-1.0.1:0::gentoo  already.
