Just updated the ebuild with some minor nits after suggestions from mgorny. New diff here: https://github.com/jbergstroem/gentoo-overlay/compare/pylibmc-distutils-r1~3...pylibmc-distutils-r1

The final change would be patching upstream to support running tests over unix sockets, but I prefer doing that upstream (which I am currently under way with)
