New Version (nvtv-0.4.6.tar.gz) is released.

I have modify previnius ebuild and update Manifest and create nvtv-0.4.6.ebuild exact copy of nvtv-0.4.5.ebuild, and update files/digest-nvtv-0.4.6

All Works fine.
