Confirmed, this is occurring on a new clean built system for net-firewall/conntrack-tools-0.9.14 as well, on hardened+nomultilib gentoo, and stage3+nomultilib non-hardened gentoo.

By the way, I fixed version 0.9.14 after the fact for anyone who really needs to use that version.
