Also the other overlays are not accessible via http anymore.
Server sends 403 FORBIDDEN.

git clone http:// still does not work which seems to be a local proxy issue, the git clone is working as reported by other non-proxy users on #gentoo.de.
But the URL via browser did not work as well last week, while it is working now. So something must have changed there which seems to be fixed now. Thanks.
