There is a new version of mkvtoolnix (0.8.6) and the location of the older 0.8.5 file has moved from: -
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/sources/mkvtoolnix-0.8.5.tar.bz2
to: -
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/sources/old/mkvtoolnix-0.8.5.tar.bz2
So the ebuild url needs to change.

The new 0.8.6 version is: -
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/sources/mkvtoolnix-0.8.6.tar.bz2

0.8.5 is no more broken (updated src_uri)

0.8.6 doesn't compile here
