The package has no local description for its bindist USE-flag. This leaves the end-user guessing at what is specifically done. This is *bad*. Users who care enough about licensing and distribution etc. will probably want to know what is specifically going on. For a good example of how to do this, see www-client/firefox.

There is a huge warning in the ebuild and shown during emerge...I added that comment nonetheless to give out information beforehand.

Some prefer checking on beforehand, e.g. via equery. Thank you for adding it to the local description.
