Open BEAGLE is a C++ Evolutionary Computation (EC) framework. It provides an high-level software environment to do any kind of EC, with support for tree-based genetic programming, bit string and real-valued genetic algorithms, and evolution strategy.

Could you perhaps clean up the ebuild (don't inherit what you don't need, correct spelling errors, get the right year) a little?

ebuild for beagle-2.1.3

Cleaned up ebuild (typos, unused inheritance, copyright); now builds latest
Version 2.1.3; added support for USE-Flags static and doc (build doxygen,
install examples).
