For some reason, the 'other' Python tools 2to3 and pydoc are symlinked to the selected Python version rather than wrapped. For that reason, they don't respect EPYTHON.

I believe we should replace these two with regular wrappers, of any kind.

This is fixed in the current python-exec'd dev-lang/python.
