This is expected behavior. These files do not belong to any package. They are dynamically created by gcc-config. (They are copied from /usr/lib/misc/gcc-config. Their mtime is set to mtime of referenced files.) That is because they are set outside of the package manager using gcc-config/binutils-config, etc. |
