Add selinux USE flag to the busybox ntp commandlet net-misc/busybox-ntpd.
The sec-policy/selinux-ntp policy currently doesn't mark
/sbin/ntpd
as
gen_context(system_u:object_r:ntpd_exec_t,s0)
, please add to modules/contrib/ntp.fc

there is no such package in the tree anymore: net-misc/busybox-ntpd
