I'm submitting this as a dependency for dev-python/python-sipsimple ( https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446024 ).

EAPI=4-python is a pinch from progress overlay which doesn't work under the gx86 python eclass.

Setting of PYTHON_RESTRICTED_ABIS="3.*" warrants setting of PYTHON_DEPEND.
Does the package support pypy?

DEPEND= needs correcting.
