new version of wmnetload.  current ebuild works with simple rename
# cp wmnetload.1.2.ebuild wmnetload.1.3.ebuild

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.cp wmnetload.1.2.ebuild wmnetload.1.3.ebuild
2.emerge wmnet.oad 1.3.ebuild
3....
4. profit!
