new version of FCE Ultra.
adds a GTK2 frontend when configured with --enable-gtk
also has OpenGL renderer when configured with --enable-opengl

oops. that's --with-gtk and --with-opengl, respectively. sorry. :(

patch to add GTK2 functionality to FCE Ultra 0.98.2

once patched, and ./configure'd --with-gtk, it starts up the GUI.
full GTK 2.4.0 fileselector support included.
