sources.gentoo.org doesn't refresh the updated cvs headers and keeps the previous.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/net-im/kde-telepathy-meta/kde-telepathy-meta-0.5.1.ebuild?view=markup
2. Then go to http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/net-im/kde-telepathy-meta/kde-telepathy-meta-0.5.1.ebuild?revision=1.1
Actual Results:  
Not the same CVS Headers

Expected Results:  
Updated CVS Headers

You cannot predict the CVS Header expansion until the next commit happens... Blame CVS or something...

Can you explain further why the first link has the wrong header, but the second is correct? They seem to be the same file after all.
