emerge --resume
it was fixed on 11/14. how old is your copy of cholmod-2.0.1.tar.gz? could you try with removing this tar ball, re-sync your portage tree and re-emerge cholmod? Sorry if I don't understand this: "how old is your copy of cholmod-2.0.1.tar.gz?" Why is this important? cholmod is not installed while building 'umfpack' (that's why it fails to build 'umfpack' or I miss something else?), if 'umfpack' needs it as a build dependency it needs to bi installed before it? but it want to install it later, which is shown in the output of 'emerge --resume' umfpack included a copy of cholmod_blas.h which was not installed. this is now fixed. thanks. |
