They moved, apparently, and that's already reflected in newer ebuilds, and at [URL] the stable version is still available. Also, please set GENTOO_MIRRORS in make.conf. Ok. Either 0.39 url in ebuild should be corrected or 0.50 stabilized (because 0.39 is 2 years old now). For example in 0.50a - one of the fixes: "memcached_fetch_result() now uses the internal result when available (about 25 to 50% faster)." Tbh I would prefer stable:ising 1.0.4 instead. Thoughts? For me its ok. I've been using dev-libs/libmemcached-1.0.14 on my amd64 machines for a bit. Seems OK so far and works with dev-php/pecl-memcached-2.1.0-r1 which I needed cause of dev-lang/php-5.4 Maybe we could get 1.0.14 as stable? Arches, please test and mark stable: =dev-libs/libmemcached-0.50 Target keywords : "alpha amd64 arm hppa ia64 ppc ppc64 sh sparc x86" amd64 stable x86 stable ppc stable ppc64 stable Stable for HPPA.
