emerging with USE=mysql fails during configure:

checking for main in -lmysqlcppconn... yes
checking version... configure: error: not suitable, we need >= 1.0.6


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=mysql emerge =app-office/libreoffice-3.5.7.2

Actual Results:  
Ebuild fails

Expected Results:  
Ebuild Succeeds.

ist working fine
