your lapack is broken. I will setup a lxc to test the in tree stuff. we need some rewrite of the eselect code before we can bring the new stuff from the overlay to the tree. Hopefully we wil have done that till end of the year. could you please tell me which lapack implementation you are using? I cannot reproduce it with reference implementation on x86 It's at the top of the log: Installed LAPACK for library directory lib64 [1] atlas * [2] reference Installed BLAS for library directory lib64 [1] atlas * [2] atlas-threads [3] reference Installed CBLAS for library directory lib64 [1] atlas [2] atlas-threads [3] gsl [4] reference * Could you please switch to atlas for all implementations? Also for cblas and try again. I told you before, this changes depending on what gets installed — if for whatever reason something block atlas and it get removed, it'll switch to whatever eselect decides... okay, I tried it. On my system the selected implementation doesn't change when emergeing a new implementation. What ever happens in you tinderbox, the current way needs the have some manual interaction to keep things working. We are working on a solution, which really sadly needs some additional time. Please select the reference implementation for lapack, blas and cblas for your testing. This will reduce the false-positive due to some lapack/blas implementation problems. Could you please retest this one? |
