caused by USE="systemtap". Suggest disabling until it can be sorted out. @mysql-team: DTRACE creates the ${BUILDDIR}/probes_mysql.o but nothing seems to link or install it. *** Bug 467492 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** We should get an agreement on a mysql_config filter patch. I posted one to mysql-extras overlay back in late June which is not yet released in any tarball. I based it on the 5.1 series and added probes_mysql which is an internal library. Comments on those patches are welcome. I ran into this and can confirm that removing "systemtap" from use variables resolved it.
