patch to enable selinux for spice-vdagent

From Bug [1] we got selinux policy support for spice-vdagent, which works flawless for me. Now it would be nice also having an "selinux" use-flag in the ebuild.
I've tried to create an patch for the ebuild, hope it's done right. :)
