Please attach those files to the bug report. We cannot be sure how long it will take to fix your bug and how long whatever paste site is going to keep your data for real.

It seems "icu" is not in your USE flags.
Try to emerge the package again adding it.

I had the same problem today.
Emerging ncurses solved it.
