Do you not have libpng installed on your system? It's a dependency of qt. yes it is installed caleb, the qt 3.3.1 provide their own libpng, it's in the 3rdparty dir, I don't see any -I for the libpng headers, maybe this may be the problem could?? Caleb, just to let you know, I re-emerged libpng, and tried again and everything went A-OK. I am still wondering though, why <png.h> could not be included eventhough libpng was installed on the box, also, qt has it's own patched libpng, so it should theoretically compile without any assumptions as to whether libpng is installed on the target system. just wondering... and sorry for bothering you fixed after re-emerge of libpng |
