psutils installs files md68_0.ps and md71_0.ps in /usr/share/psutils/.
The LICENSE file in the tarball says:

   The included files, md68_0.ps and md71_0.ps (and their uuencoded forms)
   are (to the best of my knowledge) copyright Apple Computer, Inc.

It is not clear if we're even allowed to distribute these files, and other distros have chosen to remove them:

To be on the safe side, and because our SRC_URI is dead anyway, I suggest to switch to the Debian tarball:

Related to this, the LICENSE in ebuilds (currently "as-is") should be updated. There seems to be no close enough match, so we'll need to create a new "psutils" license file.

License file. Looks like a Free Software license to me, i.e. should be added to the MISC-FREE license group.

Oops, I had attached the wrong file. The note about the md68_0.ps md71_0.ps files (that are no longer included with the distribution tarball) isn't part of the license.
