what gcc version are you using? Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/2.95.3/specs gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release) and which version of avifile? -phoen][x- media-video/avifile-0.7.7.20020523 I just played around with gst-plugins too, what i found yout is that it chokes onot only on avifile but also on libdv and jack, i unmerged these and gst-plugins compiled and installed without problems. ooops, sorry for all the typos, i forgot that it also choked on mjpegtools I had to --disable-avifile and --disable-dv in order to make it work. This release of gst-plugins seems to have some serious avifile problem, the newest cvs gstreamer has an automake issue over here. Well, its been a long time. Does gst-plugins still fail, or does the new one (gst-plugins-0.4.1-r1) work? -phoen][x- Closed due to inactivity. -phoen][x- |
