there is broken code in php 5.3.16, 5.3.17 and 5.4 branch since 5.4.5 in FPM sapi that hangs fpm master on reload:

please apply patch or bump to latest stable from mainstream

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. reload php-fpm on high load
2.

Actual Results:  
php-fpm hangs

Expected Results:  
should reload

I am currently in the process of rewriting the ebuilds, so that is why I did not bump the latest one. Hopefully I can find the time to finish that by tomorrow.
