What can it do that sys-block/parted can't? The only thing I am aware of is convert between MBR and GPT without dataloss, which is kind of uninteresting for >2TB drives as they should be GPT from the start anyway. This is already done for the minimal CDs (amd64 / x86) - check bug 380799 What else is missing? Let me know if something is still missing. |
