Please try and tell us if this solves it: #> cd /usr/src/linux-2.4.22-gentoo-r7 #> patch -p1 < /usr/portage/sys-kernel/gentoo-sources/files/gentoo-sources-2.4.20-sched-interrupt.patch #> # [[ BugZilla might wrap the line above ]] #> make bzImage #> # Install as usual and see if it dies again... It was a misconfigured kernel. Chipset settings were wrong. No patch was necesary to repair the problem. Thank you so much and sorry. |
