All the older ebuilds for VMware Workstation 8 had a "kde" use flag. It allowd me to launch the "vmware" application via an SSH tunnel and reconfigure the virtual network topology on the host system. The newest ebuild for 8.0.4 had the "kde" use flag removed and now I can't properly emerge in the right dependencies to launch the vmware application via an SSH tunnel.

It would be nice if this could be added back into the latest ebuild. Perhaps changing it to an "X" use flag would be more appropriate?

purpose of kde flag was not as you described.
If any dependencies are missing, please specify.
