Reviewed ebuild.

The src_unpack() is not needed.
As long as we inherit the distutils, neither the distutils_src_install line in
src_install() is needed.
Fixed header of ebuild.
Set RDEPEND the DEPEND (python and ncurses) plus the bossogg server.
