emerge xine-ui does not respect USE="-aalib" although it could and should. Many  will not want aaxine to be built and installed in particular if it means that another libray should be usd


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.uninstall/emerge -C aalib if installed
2.emerge -f xine-ui
3.cd /usr/portage/distfiles; tar xzf xine-ui.tgz; cd xine-ui; ./configure
4.will not pick up aalib; cd src/aaui; make
5.will return without error since empty "all:" makefile target
6.xine compiles happily without aalib, it is not required.
7.USE="-aalib" emerge -pv xine-ui ->
  [ebuild  N    ] media-video/xine-ui-0.9.22  +X -directfb -gnome -lirc +nls
8.no option to disable aalib.
9.USE="-aalib" emerge xine-ui
10.aaxine is compiled/installed although not wanted
Actual Results:  
aaxine is compiled/installed although not wanted.

Expected Results:  
aaxine should not be compiled/installed. aalib is no requirement.
