and spidermonkey-1.8.7? that worked, thx! maybe someone should unmask it then? Too many ~arch packages fail to build against 1.8.7 right now; soon as they're fixed it'll be unmasked. spidermonkey-1.8.5-r2 might work for you now as the build system for ARM has been backported for 1.8.7; could you try again?
