Possibly a problem in xkeyboard-config. Can you try downgrading that to 2.4.1 or 2.3? (In reply to comment #1) > Possibly a problem in xkeyboard-config. RL beckons, will try baruch later today. Was there some config that needed editing? I've never seen xkeyboard-config until looking in the logs yesterday for recently updated pkgs. (In reply to comment #1) > Possibly a problem in xkeyboard-config. Can you try downgrading that to > 2.4.1 or 2.3? On baruch (ThinkPad T420) the previous version was 2.6, which is stable atm, so I downgraded to it. No change with it, either. So far this is the only thing I've found anywhere which even remotedly resembles the problem I'm having: http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/xorg/2012-January/053781.html You can use "qlop -lu" to find out which packages were upgraded when the problem first appeared. Please confirm whether this is still a problem with current stable versions. |
